L is for Lincoln

Lincoln, the movie that is.

The disc arrived from Netflix 13 days ago and it has just been sitting there, unwatched.

I may be partial to the president who shares the day of my birth, but this movie is 2.5 hrs long! Is it worth 2.5 hours of my time?  What if I don't like it? How would I get that 2.5 hours back?

Have you seen it? Did you like it?

  1. Sorry, we don't generally watch dramas, as we fall asleep.

  2. I haven't seen it. Pleased to know I'm not the only one who falls asleep!

If you didn't like it you could always stop it. I can usually tell within the first 20 minutes - not too much time wasted.

  4. Not seen it but it won some awards didn't it so it should be good? Can you watch it in two sittings maybe?

  6. Terrific choice for the L word. Yes, I saw the movie and loved it. Daniel Day-Lewis did a fabulous job. Bravo!
