@Anji - We have some large sized ones that like to hang out outside the house. I don't recall seeing them that often when I was younger, so it's pretty neat to see them around. This particular time I was taking pictures of flowers and moving the branches with a stick when the praying mantis made itself known. Talk about a surprise! LOL!
They are incredible! I haven't seen any this year and if I did I wouldn't poke it with a stick. It's a great picture whoever took it.
