For awhile I had been posting my layouts in online galleries such as Scrapjazz or 2Peas. I have not done it recently and I have not done it for all of my layouts. I am still debating on if I should upload them or not. I decided for now to upload some old layouts to my blog (well at least the ones I have on my hard drive at work).
This layout is 12x12. I only scrap in this size for vacation pages. This is the title page to the Scrapals retreat I attended in 2001. Needless to say I have not completed this album. It is far from being finished.

Love it! How did you do the lettering, it really stands out
ReplyDeleteThank you.
ReplyDeleteThe title is cardstock. I used WordArt in Word to create it and printed it out in reverse onto the cardstock. I then used an exacto to cut it out.
thanks for sharing some more! :) you do great work!
ReplyDeletei learned tonight that i have an easier time using an exacto on glass...so i think that i'm going to try to use one to do some hand-cut letters....i've not tried it yet...*nervously bites nails...*
Awesome layout! I wish I could have pages that looked as cool as yours.
ReplyDeleteI am just starting to really go through the gallery. I love the ideas. Thank you!
Thank you for the great comments.
ReplyDeletea very tired mommy - I have never used the exacto on glass. Let me know how it turns out. I am sure you will do fine. Just remember to turn the paper and not the knife. That is what I have been told to do anyways. ....ssshhhh I still do a little of both. LOL!
brooksba - You are so kind. So when will you be posting your layouts on your blog? Thanks again for the link back.
